Delta Sports provides a statistical analysis platform based on data and proprietary quantitative models. The user agrees to use the information ethically and in accordance with the local laws of their jurisdiction.

While we strive for maximum accuracy, Delta Sports does not guarantee the total accuracy of real-time data, lineups, or predictions. Data comes from third-party providers and is subject to variations.

All content, algorithms, logos, and designs are the exclusive property of Delta Sports. Reproduction, distribution, or reverse engineering without prior authorization is prohibited.

All displayed information, including logos, player faces and data, team form, and match-related information, is provided directly by external data providers. Delta Sports does not claim ownership over these assets and uses them exclusively for informational and analytical purposes.

The "My Betting Journal" section is a purely SIMULATED personal tracking tool. Delta Sports has no connection, integration, license, or business agreement with any external bookmaker, and this feature never processes, manages, or holds real money. All tickets, amounts, odds, and results manually entered by the user are their sole responsibility, and are used solely for personal organization, improving financial habits, testing strategies, or comparing prediction performance. Delta Sports does not verify or guarantee the accuracy of the information entered by the user in this section.

Predictions and analyses generated by Delta Sports' quantitative model are completely transparent. The published probability on each pick combines the model's estimate with the market price: it is not the raw model output. Under no circumstance are analyses altered, hidden, or modified to favor the platform, improve the perception of the service, or encourage its sale. Once a match has finished, the analysis generated beforehand remains permanently stored and visible in the corresponding history, regardless of whether the outcome was a win or a loss. Delta Sports does not delete or retroactively edit analyses with unfavorable results.

The quantitative model estimates the probability of certain sporting events occurring, combines it with the market price, and compares the result with the probability implied by odds published by third parties; that comparison is presented as analytical information, never as advice, a suggestion, an invitation, or a recommendation to bet. Delta Sports does not provide financial, investment, or gambling advice, is not registered as an adviser in any jurisdiction, and neither promises nor guarantees winnings, correct calls, or returns of any kind. No figure shown on the platform — published probability, discrepancy with the market, confidence level, or best available price — should be read as an instruction to act: these are outputs of a statistical calculation, published for informational and analytical purposes. Any decision to bet, where to do so, and for how much rests solely with the user, is made at their own judgement and risk, and Delta Sports is not liable for any financial loss arising from it. Delta Sports currently operates under the ownership of a natural person (individual), while the process of establishing the brand as a registered entity is completed. For this reason, premium subscription payments are received directly into the service owner's personal accounts on the AirTM and Binance (Binance Pay) platforms, rather than through an automated payment gateway or business account.

The amount to be paid is indicated by the platform when starting the process (for example, the equivalent of 35,000 COP via Bre-B key, or 9.99 USDT via AirTM or Binance Pay). Because confirmation is performed manually, the final amount transferred is the user's responsibility. If the amount received is less than indicated, Delta Sports will contact the user to request the difference before activating the subscription; if it is greater, the excess will be refunded through the same payment method used. In both cases, the user will be notified before any action is taken on the payment received.

When you register and use the platform we process: first and last name; email address; age or date of birth; phone number, bio and profile picture, if you choose to add them; your linked Google account, if you sign in with Google; the simulated betting journal, your favourites and the history of analyses you run; support tickets and their attachments; payment receipts for your subscription; the IP address recorded in server logs; and the record of your acceptance of these terms (version, date, IP address, browser and email address).

We use your identification and contact data (name, email, Google account) to create your account, verify your identity when you sign in, and send you service emails: welcome, password reset, and notices about the platform. Your age or date of birth is used to confirm you are 18 or older. Phone number, bio and profile picture are used to personalise your account within the platform.

The simulated betting journal, favourites and analysis history exist to show you your own activity within the platform. Support tickets and their attachments are used to handle your request; payment receipts, to manually confirm and activate your subscription.

The IP address in server logs is used for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting. The record of your acceptance of the terms (version, date, IP address, browser and the account email at that moment) serves as proof of your consent. We never sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising.

If you choose to register or sign in via "Sign in with Google," we receive your name, email address, profile picture, and a unique account identifier (Google ID) from Google, only after your explicit authorization. This information is used exclusively to create or link your Delta Sports account and verify your identity when logging in; we never access your Google password or any other data from your Google account. If you register for the first time via Google, we will request your date of birth to verify you are 18 years or older, as this is a mandatory requirement to use the platform.

These processors handle data on our behalf: Vercel (web hosting, cookieless visit and performance analytics, and storage of support attachments, payment receipts and profile pictures); Resend (email delivery); Telegram (internal notices to the administrator, which include your name and email when you open a support ticket or register a payment); and a virtual private server (VPS) provider that runs the backend and database.

Other services act as third parties with their own privacy policy, which governs what they do with your data: Google (Sign in with Google) and AirTM, Binance Pay and Bre-B (receiving payments). Sports data providers receive no personal data.

All of these services are located outside Colombia, except Bre-B, so your data is transferred to other countries. By accepting this policy you authorize that transfer, which is limited to what each purpose described above requires.

As the data subject you have the right to know, update and rectify your data; to request proof of the authorization you gave us; to be informed about how we use it; to revoke the authorization and request deletion of your data when there is no legal or contractual duty to keep it; and to file complaints with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (Colombia's data protection authority). You can update much of your profile data yourself from your account.

To exercise any of these rights, including deletion of your account, write to neru@delta-sports.pro or open a support ticket from your account, stating your name, the account email and what you are requesting. Account deletion is handled on request through these channels; there is no option to do it yourself within the platform. We answer inquiries within 10 business days and claims (update, rectification, deletion or revocation) within 15 business days of receipt. These periods are variable: when circumstances beyond our control prevent a timely answer they may be extended, and in that case we will tell you the reason and the new date before the original period expires.

Your session is maintained via an access token (JWT) kept in your browser's local storage, which expires after 7 days and is sent with each request to verify your identity and role. Passwords are stored hashed with bcrypt, never in plain text, and password reset links use a token we store only as a hash and that expires after 1 hour. Communication between your browser and the platform is encrypted over HTTPS.

We keep your account data for as long as the account exists or until your deletion request is handled, except for data we must keep by law. Copies already sent in internal administrator notices and those in server logs are kept for a limited time and are not erased together with the account. The record of your acceptance of the terms is kept even if your account is deleted, because it is the proof that you gave your consent.
